Our Company
ARB Corporate Office

ARB, Inc. is the original entity of a group of companies that make up thepubliclytraded company Primoris Services Corporation (PSC). ARB was formed as a privately held company in 1960 specializing in pipeline construction in Bakersfield, CA. ARB met the growing demand for energy infrastructure that accompanied the mid-century oil boom in the southwest and quickly established a reputation for great quality, service and reliability. ARBís work ethics and reputation fueled significant growth, and laid the foundation for PSC which is today one of the largest specialty contractors in the country.

Primoris Services Corporation was formed in 2004 as the parent company of ARB, Inc., ARB Structures, Inc., Onquest Inc., and Cardinal Contractors, Inc. and is traded on NASDAQ under the symbol PRIM. Since then, we have acquired other companies including: James Construction, Rockford Corporation, Sprint Pipeline Services, Q3 Contracting, The Saxon Group Inc, Force Specialty Services, Ram-Fab, Blaus Wasser, Surber Roustabout, Vadnais Trenchless, and Aevenia. As one of the pioneering engineering, procurement and construction companies in the industry, PSC is ranked by Engineering News Record (ENR) among the top 50 general contractors for the last 4 years.
